You could not ask for more professional service and when it comes time to replace a unit, they was very helpful in finding the correct unit and getting installed in a timely matter would highly recommend Jenkins refrigeration above all other refrigeration companies !!

We have been using Jenkins Refrigeration for many years. David and his team are top notch, they are quick to respond with helping to get your heating and/or AC back up and running. They are very reliable and will do what it takes to make sure you and your family are comfortable even it happens to be during a holiday or weekend day. Jenkins Refrigeration and AC is the way to go.

Anytime I needed him to come and look at my unit. He was very honest on quotes. He came right on if I had any issue with anything or showed me how to reconzine a prob with the unit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jenkins Refrigeration and AC.

David and his company are the best in the business. They are always on time, if they get delayed he will let you know. He and his crew are trustworthy, I trust them enough to let them enter and work inside my house without anyone being home. I never second guess what they tell me, if he can save you money he will.

It does not getting any better than Jenkins Refrigeration. I live over 30 min away from them but they still get me taken care of like im in the same town from installing a whole new a/c system along with all new duct work down to the smallest of service calls. David is honest and straight forward and truly cares about getting me and my family taken care of and not just making a dollar. That is a very rare quality to find in todays world, which is why i know Jenkins is the only place ill call for my a/c needs.

We had a unit to quit working at the church in our Sunday School Dept. We called Jenkins Refrigeration and though I was out of town , David came and took care of it and I didnt have to worry about it all week. I knew it was taken care of. With freezing temperatures, snow and ice predicted my heating unit quit working. I called Jenkins Refrigeration to see if they could help. They came that same day. Unfortunately nothing could be done for the old unit. They made me a quote on a new unit which was acceptable and installed the new unit the next day. I am an 85 year old widow who lives alone and they made every effort to make the experience pleasant and helpful. They were knowledgeable and supportive. I am very satisfied with my experience with Jenkins Refrigeration.

David and his workers are the best hands down! They are going to answer your call if at all possible and if not they will get back with you asap. Called late one evening because it was cold outside and my heat was not cutting on. He came that night to see about it.
